Car buying, with the odds on your side

Find the cars dealers need to sell. Know exactly what to offer.

Every day a car sits unsold, the dealer pays for it. One Lot Leverage search scans dealership websites across your area for the cars that have been on the lot 60+ days, then gives you an opening offer, a target price, a walk-away number and a word-for-word script.

How it works

From ZIP code to a confident offer in minutes

Search your area

One search scans the inventory on dealership websites near you, checked daily, so you don't have to visit them one by one. We surface the cars that have been sitting the longest.

See your leverage

Every car gets a 0–100 leverage score from its time on the lot, price cuts, model year and the time of month, with the reasons spelled out.

Make your offer

Walk in, call or email with an opening offer, a target price, a firm walk-away number and a script that cites the facts.

Why it works

An unsold car costs the dealer money every single day

Most dealers borrow to stock their lots and pay interest until each car sells. After 60 to 90 days, many would rather sell close to cost than keep paying, or send the car to auction at a loss. That's your opening.

~$11 a dayFloor-plan interest on a $55,000 truck at a 7.5% rate, before lot space and upkeep.
60+ daysWhere managers typically start pushing to move a car.
Month-endSales teams chase quotas and bonuses, so the last week of the month is the best time to buy.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay $19 once and get 30 days of live search. Nothing renews and you won't be charged again.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Ask within 48 hours of buying and we'll refund the full $19, no questions asked. We'll also refund you if live search doesn't work or finds no aged cars in your area during your 30 days. Email [email protected]. See the refund policy.

Where do the listings come from?

Straight from the dealerships' own websites. We gather current inventory from dealer sites across your area, check it daily and drop anything that's no longer listed. Every car shows which dealer site it came from and links to the dealer's own listing, so you can confirm it yourself.

Will the dealer accept my offer?

No one can promise that. The numbers are estimates based on time on the lot, price history, model year and timing. Expect a counteroffer. Your walk-away price is there so you never overpay, and dealers often call back on cars that have been sitting.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Verify your email and your first search is free. You will see 2 real aged cars near you with their leverage score and a link to the dealer listing. The full list, your price numbers and the scripts unlock with the $19 report.

Can I use it on my phone or another computer?

Yes. Choose “Already paid? Restore your pass”, verify the same email you paid with, and your 30 days carry over to that device.

Does it work for used cars?

Yes. Used cars that sit too long often get sent to auction at a loss, which gives you real leverage at a retail dealer.
